The official HealthEquity | WageWorks app for those enrolled in a HealthEquity | WageWorks benefit that pays claims, or those who have a HealthEquity | WageWorks debit card.

This app makes it easy to submit claims for all benefits administered by HealthEquity | WageWorks:
• Health care and dependent care – for quick reimbursement or direct payments to your provider
• Health care card receipts – to verify your card transactions, as required by the IRS
• Commuter and wellness claims – for quick reimbursement

Use this app to submit claims any time:
• Health care and wellness claims – simply take a photo of your receipt with your phone
• Dependent care claims – capture your provider’s signature in the app or submit a photo of your receipt
• Commuter claims – simply take a photo of your receipt (if you have one)

Use this app to submit health care card receipts any time:
• Immediately after you use your health care card
• Later, after HealthEquity | WageWorks asks you to submit a receipt to verify an eligible expense

Pros and cons of EZ Receipts app for iPhone and iPad

EZ Receipts app good for

Much easier than mailing or faxing in claims. I wish, however, there was a way to upload receipt PDFs from my device (iBooks) because thats how I receive some of my receipts.

I submitted my claim June 27 and it was approved the following day. For someone who is always on the go this is a must-have app! Cant even begin to wonder why this app doesnt have 5 stars all around...

Works great. I have sent receipts over wifi or data and had no problems. Also sent a dozen in at one time and they went through. Email notifications help one confirm it worked properly.

250-500 character notes section could be added to allow for explanation. Some times the dates do not match the submission date. Notes could help eliminate a call to clarify. Also, use if call representatives with a more experience with the English language would be helpful when conversing with the reps. I am not able to adequately explain not receive full explanation with out asking to repeat multiple times.

I dont review many apps but I had to on this one. It is easy to use and the simple in design. I wouldnt change a thing!

Very user-friendly, great timesaver. Please add mileage option; available in online version but not here. I will have to take all my dr visits off-app and submit manually to get mileage reimbursement.

Some bad moments

This app has one job: submit receipts for expenses. Even worse than just not working, this app tells you the receipt went through when it in fact didnt. Worse than useless, this app is useless and then lies about it.

Doesnt allow you to submit receipts for transit! Only healthcare receipts.

Downloaded app. It suggested I go online to create profile because of a lot of typing. After I had done that the app does not recognize my login and refuses to open. Checked with co-workers, same story for everyone. Save yourself the frustration. Dont waste your time.

This would be a phenomenal app if it just worked as it claims it will. Good luck getting claims to go through. I have 3 to submit & was only successful getting one to go through. I have the most recent updated version yet still unable to get the other 2 claims submitted. This is extremely frustrating!! Ive tried repeatedly to no avail.

Finding the right category is nightmare, Sending two photos at one time fails. The whole experience is very bad

Since the update in July, my EZ Receipts is waiting to update. I cant use the app and I cant delete the app. Help! I need a bug fix - fast!
