Why does the app launch my photos from the earliest date forward when I try to attach a receipt? Doesnt it make sense to bring up the most recent date?

This app is great! It does everything I need it to do, and it is actually easy to use. Ive been able to do everything I needed from submitting receipts to checking my FSA balance, and it was all intuitive. One of the best apps Ive used on the iPhone.

I get as far as taking a picture of receipt (and yes, it has permission to access camera). Then it crashes again and again. Useless!

There is a bug that causes the app to crash when taking a photo of the receipts. I tried attaching a photo instead of using the internal camera , and it won t send

The app continues to build its feature base. Yes, there are limits....once all is setup correctly, the engine behind that does the processing is great.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used - and I have used hundreds. I have only been able to get the login page to work once...it usually just does nothing, then it crashes. Thank goodness my company wont be using Wageworks next year.

Down loads and was excited as would save time and get info in and payment back faster but got error message "unable to upload ". Does not appear to save the info to try later so have to do it all again. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Same. Clearly not ready yet.

The wageworks app allows you to upload healthcare receipts through the app, but commuter receipts have to be reimbursed via a separate form on the website in which all the receipts have to be documented separately. It seems like wageworks is intentionally inconveniencing its commuter benefits participants by preventing them from being reimbursed for using public transit through the app. Makes no sense why healthcare receipts can be uploaded while transit receipts cannot

Im really not sure about why the other reviewers were so negative about this app. The Short story: for submitting flex receipts this app was great. To manage your account go on the full website The long story: I used it for the first time after my company switched. I submitted two flex account receipts in far less time than it took me under the old company my job used. The pages were easy to follow I was able to take photos right from the app. Is it perfect no. Here are few issues. One user was right there is no store a claim and finish later option. But, I never had that with the old flex company either. Also the lost password pages, and Im sure the registration pages, are web-views inside the app. Being a web developer this works if done right. However these pages are buggy. The Next arrow links dont seem to work properly. You can get through the process but it is probably better to go to the full website to reg or find lost password.

When the app works, I love it. But, unfortunately it doesnt work most of the time. It wont let me login either because it says I dont have an Internet connection, even though Im using my phone or I get a message that says it isnt available at this time.

Need more upload format options than just a photo.

First of all I am so glad my company moved to WageWorks for our FSA. This app takes the inconvenience out of substantiating claims. Good job!

The app sits in a constant state of waiting. Cannot delete , cannot open, cannot reinstall. This looked like a nice idea but I never got the chance to use it.

App wont install. Looks like it is in a constant state of installing.

We had a week where the whole family was sick. So I had about 8 rx receipts and 3 copy receipts to enter to get my money back. I followed the steps and took pictures and each time it said "claim submitted" in a green circle. Of the 11 only 3 went thru and got paid. I resubmitted the other 8 and only 3 of those went thru. I have since resubmitted the remaining 5 almost daily and each time it says claim received but I never get an text verification and it never shows on my account. I called their support and they dont Have any record of my claims other than the ones that got paid. Its frustrating. So it works and it doesnt work.

Well it doesnt work and just auto shuts down every time I try to submit a claim so thats a fail in my book. Clearly there are bugs in this system. Glad I took all that time to set up the account.

The only thing I need this app to do is to allow me to take a picture of my receipts and sent it to wage works at my convenience. Not 3 days later or when wage work needs it.

Could use a couple ui updates, but really simple

Couldnt even register my user name. Website user experience was atrocious. Gave up, deleted the app.
