This app has one job: submit receipts for expenses. Even worse than just not working, this app tells you the receipt went through when it in fact didnt. Worse than useless, this app is useless and then lies about it.

Doesnt allow you to submit receipts for transit! Only healthcare receipts.

Much easier than mailing or faxing in claims. I wish, however, there was a way to upload receipt PDFs from my device (iBooks) because thats how I receive some of my receipts.

Downloaded app. It suggested I go online to create profile because of a lot of typing. After I had done that the app does not recognize my login and refuses to open. Checked with co-workers, same story for everyone. Save yourself the frustration. Dont waste your time.

This would be a phenomenal app if it just worked as it claims it will. Good luck getting claims to go through. I have 3 to submit & was only successful getting one to go through. I have the most recent updated version yet still unable to get the other 2 claims submitted. This is extremely frustrating!! Ive tried repeatedly to no avail.

I submitted my claim June 27 and it was approved the following day. For someone who is always on the go this is a must-have app! Cant even begin to wonder why this app doesnt have 5 stars all around...

Works great. I have sent receipts over wifi or data and had no problems. Also sent a dozen in at one time and they went through. Email notifications help one confirm it worked properly.

Please allow "pay me back" feature. I frequently use a different card than my FSA to make purchases. It would be more efficient to upload the receipt immediately before possibly misplacing it. I dont like having to process these transactions from my home computer.

250-500 character notes section could be added to allow for explanation. Some times the dates do not match the submission date. Notes could help eliminate a call to clarify. Also, use if call representatives with a more experience with the English language would be helpful when conversing with the reps. I am not able to adequately explain not receive full explanation with out asking to repeat multiple times.

Finding the right category is nightmare, Sending two photos at one time fails. The whole experience is very bad

Since the update in July, my EZ receipts is waiting to update. I cant use the app and I cant delete the app. Help! I need a bug fix - fast!

I just downloaded app to try and expedite receipt submission. After having taken multiple pictures of my receipt, I am still being told that I have no pictures to submit. I am ready to delete the app and go through postal service as usual! Having reopened the app, I was now able to take the picture and submit my receipt. If it works correctly, it will be good.

I dont review many apps but I had to on this one. It is easy to use and the simple in design. I wouldnt change a thing!

This app has stopped working in both my iPad and iPhone. When I try to delete the app to reload it it wont delete. Please fix this issue!

Worked for a bit. Now the app icon just says waiting and wont open or delete.

Very user-friendly, great timesaver. Please add mileage option; available in online version but not here. I will have to take all my dr visits off-app and submit manually to get mileage reimbursement.

I just changed my password on the mainwebsite and now it wont accepted on the app.

Was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews here. But when the time came to submit a receipt, I downloaded the app, submitted a photo and, a few days later, got a notification (via the app) that it had been approved. It worked just the way it was supposed to. I think the design is a little clunky, at least on an iPad, so minus one star for that.

The app is far quicker and more intuitive than submitting through the website. But make sure you have your receipt handy when youre filing your claim. If you took a picture ahead of time, youre SOL; the photo selector only shows one or two options, neither of which is the most recent picture. Thankfully the app allows you to take a picture right on the spot, so thats a workaround as long as you still have the receipt in front of you.

Everything is simple and clear. Great app!
