Regardless whether I logged in using Touch ID or password, this app gave a weird error about parser error or so and couldnt log me in. Its bad.

Ive been using this app for about 6 months to submit receipts for medical expenses. It has worked reliably for me. I think it has been a large step up from submitting copies of paper receipts.

I sent receipts for 1 claim 7 times and would not go through. Did not know the first one didnt go through until a year later and the rest of them never got anything saying didnt go through just got receipt submitted with green check mark. I have called wage works 3 times. This is a waste of time if it is not going to work.

I tried to work the app, it didnt matter how many times Id hit the next button, after getting the stupid thing finally loaded, next never came after taking a picture of my receipt. Not only would it not accept my pic, they try to make you think this app will be easy to work. This is my first year of having a flexible spending account so Im not familiar with all that is allowed but I would expect contact lenses would be if one can purchase suntan lotion. Im deleting the app! Pain in the bottom!

Just downloads to my IPad. App wont let me even sign in. Registered for WageWorks on my laptop yesterday. This is mad frustrating! I cant wait for my new card to arrive - 10 days or so.

Worked for a few times and now says it isnt compatible with my system. Terrible.

After a weeks work of attempts to submit receipts online the customer service rep told me to use the app and send pictures of my receipts. It allowed one and then marked all my claims as submitted and wouldnt let me submit any more. Then it denied them all. I hate this app and WageWorks.

Created an account on my desktop as it suggested and then downloaded the app. The app then wont even let me login. Says not compatible and recommend I delete the app. Completely useless.

App makes it very easy to submit receipts. Walked through it the first time with no issues.

Love this app! Makes it so easy to use my FSA.
